In accordance with the State Council General Office's Notice on the Arrangement of Certain Holidays in 2025 and considering our operational needs, we hereby notify you of the holiday schedule and related arrangements as follows:
I. Holiday Schedule
The combined National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday period will run from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to Wednesday, October 8, 2025, totaling 8 days. Regular business operations will resume on Sunday, September 28, 2025, and Saturday, October 11, 2025, with all business functions operating as usual during these make-up workdays.
II. Holiday Business Adjustments
Order Processing:
Valid orders submitted before the holiday (by 5:00 PM on September 30, 2025) will be reviewed by September 30. Production and shipping will be prioritized starting October 9 to ensure prompt delivery.
Orders placed during the holiday period (October 1–8, 2025) will be processed sequentially upon resumption of operations on October 9. For urgent orders, please contact us via the “Emergency Contact” details below.
Consultation & After-Sales Support:
Online customer service and regular consultation hotlines will be suspended during the holiday period.
For product inquiries, after-sales issues, or partnership discussions, please leave a message via your account manager's email. We will respond to each inquiry within 24 hours starting October 9 to ensure proper resolution.
Logistics & Delivery:
Our contracted logistics partners will also be on holiday, suspending all cargo collection, dispatch, and delivery services during this period. Logistics operations will resume on October 9. We will immediately coordinate with logistics providers to process all pending orders and provide you with tracking numbers via SMS or email for real-time tracking.

During the holiday, dedicated personnel will conduct on-site inspections to ensure fire prevention, theft prevention, and other security measures, guaranteeing swift resumption of normal operations after the break.
