2026 Spring Festival Notice

To ensure all employees enjoy a peaceful and fulfilling Spring Festival, and in consideration of our operational needs, we hereby notify you of the 2026 Spring Festival holiday service arrangements for each department. Please take note and plan your business matters accordingly:​

I. Sales Department Holiday Arrangements​

Holiday Period: February 13, 2026 (Lunar Calendar: 25th day of the 12th month) to February 23, 2026 Service Note: Dedicated staff will be on duty during the holiday to provide basic consultation services. Due to limited personnel, responses to your messages, emails, and inquiries may experience delays compared to normal business days. We will follow up with you promptly upon reviewing your communications. Your patience is appreciated, and we thank you for your understanding and support.

II. Production Department Holiday Arrangements

Holiday Period: February 7, 2026 (Lunar December 19) to March 4, 2026 (Lunar January 15)

Service Notice: Over the past year, our production team has worked tirelessly to ensure order fulfillment, often putting in extended hours. To allow everyone ample time to rest and celebrate the holiday, production lines will be fully suspended during the Spring Festival break. Please plan your order placements and production-related needs in advance based on this shutdown period to avoid delays in your project schedules.

III. Logistics Service Arrangements

Logistics Suspension: Logistics services are expected to gradually cease starting February 14, 2026 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month). (Specific dates subject to actual notifications from our logistics partners)

Important Reminder: As the Spring Festival approaches, logistics capacity will be tight and shipping costs will gradually increase. To minimize your procurement costs and ensure timely delivery, we urge you to finalize your purchase plans and place orders as early as possible, allowing ample time for logistics and transportation.

Post-Holiday Shipping Notice: Following the Spring Festival holiday, we will promptly follow up on logistics providers' resumption schedules. Accurate post-holiday shipping timelines will be communicated to you as soon as logistics companies provide updates. Please monitor subsequent notifications or maintain communication with your dedicated account representative.
