Material selection

Mold Design and Manufacturing

Molding process
- Injection molding: the plastic granules are heated and melted, then injected into the mold cavity through the injection molding machine, and the bottle is formed after cooling and solidifying. - Blow molding: The plastic material is first made into a tubular parison, and then put into the mold, by blowing into the compressed air to make the parison expansion, close to the inner wall of the mold, and after cooling to get the hollow bottle.
